All Lerian jewelry is made only from natural cultured freshwater and sea pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, silver and gold.

 We guarantee the highest quality of jewelry.

 Every piece of LERIAN jewelry passes the quality control procedure.

 All items with precious metals are necessarily tested and hallmarked at the Russian State Assay Office.

 Jewelry with pearls, at the request of customers, can be accompanied by quality certificates LERIAN.

 If it is necessary, the characteristics of LERIAN jewelry canbe confirmed by expert opinions of the Gemological Center of Moscow State University. Gemological expertise is an additional service; the price is determined by the price-list of the Gemological Center of the Moscow State University.

WARRANTY

All jewelry by LERIAN is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 For jewelry with pearls and diamonds there is a 2-year warranty.

 During the warranty period, you will receive free warranty repairs.

 For items with mechanical damage of precious metals and stones may conduct additional expertise.

 Transport services for delivery to the service center and back are not covered by the warranty.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

We value our company's reputation.

By confirming it, we give our retail customers an opportunity, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, to exchange their jewelry for another one of similar value.

The ability to exchange jewelry of adequate quality is provided by LERIAN on a voluntary basis and applies only to serial products purchased directly from IP Solovieva M.V. Registry Number: 315774600078309

Can not be exchanged:

ornaments, made to order or finalized from serial ones, taking into account the wishes of the buyer

used jewelry

Jewelry with seals (labels, packages) or documents confirming the purchase of goods from SP Solovyova M.V. are missing.

Exchange of goods is carried out at the sales department.

Jewelry items which do not contain gold and/or precious stones can be exchanged over a distance - with delivery in Moscow. This method of exchange requires payment for transportation services in the amount of 300 rubles.

Money return is not providedfor the jewelry in the legislation of the Russian Federation *.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the time of meeting with the delivery person. In case of refusal the Buyer shall pay to the courier the full delivery fee specified in the accompanying documents.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Acceptance and consideration of customer official appeals, applications, complaints and settlement of disputes is from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

* The list of nonfood goods of appropriate quality which are not subject to return or exchange for an equivalent goods of another size, form, dimension, style, style, color or completeness (The list is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from January, 19, 1998 N 55): The following goods of proper quality shall not be subject to return or exchange: "...Articles of precious metals, with precious stones, of precious metals with inserts of semiprecious and synthetic stones, faceted precious stones...".
